What's your hotel chain of choice?

For many wholesalers, the answer is Marriott. 

The reason generally has to do with consistency. 

So consistent that they would never consider 'sleeping around' by changing their hotel brand loyalty.

Whether you're staying in Trenton or Topeka, Portland or Peoria, chances are good you'll have a familiar, dependable experience. 

On a recent visit to a high-end Montage property in Laguna Beach, I was once again impressed by how little things had changed since my last visit many years ago. 

The staff was still uber courteous and sincerely accommodating. 

The grounds were pristine and the food tasted every bit as delicious as I remembered. 

Businesses (and great wholesalers) that care, know that a consistent experience is vital in building a loyal relationship with clients. 

As your 2024 begins, how will you address the issues of consistency at the local level of your territory?
