How's Your CQ?

Smart folks.
 
We work in a sector that is filled with super smart folks.
 
Many have IQ's worthy of Mensa consideration.
 
Yet not all of those brilliant minds have an EQ (Emotional Quotient) that is as developed as their IQ is.
 
After reading a piece in the Harvard Business Review, I'm convinced that the greatest wholesalers are also gifted with a terrifically high CQ.
 
The author, Dr Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic, explains:
 
"CQ stands for Curiosity Quotient and concerns having a hungry mind. 
 
People with higher CQ are more inquisitive and open to new experiences. 
 
They find novelty exciting and are quickly bored with routine. 
 
They tend to generate many original ideas and are counter-conformist."
 
Great wholesalers know that high IQ + high EQ + high CQ = a high MQ.
