Since 2014, the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin (PDPW) holds their annual two-day Cornerstone Dairy Academy in Wisconsin Dells to help dairy producers, professionals in the field, and students
enhance their skills to become more successful in their workplaces. Completed in three years, the three-pillar program builds communication, leadership, and professional skills by focusing on three tracks: servant leadership, visionary leadership, and influential leadership. With over 100 attendees accepted in the program, the program is well-attended by residents statewide, and even by residents out-of-state.
The WROF, Inc. is pleased to continue its support of the Cornerstone Dairy Academy over the past three years by providing scholarships to five students enrolled in the program. "We hope the knowledge these five dairy producers gain from the Cornerstone Dairy Academy will
help them polish their communication and leadership skills so they can be even more effective on their farms and in their communities," says WROF, Inc. President Joan Behr.
