And there goes February…
How have the first two months of this year been for you? Motoring along are you? or is there still the feeling that we haven't quite finished with 2020—or perhaps more accurately—it hasn't quite finished with us. It's a good time to remind Our Selves of the phrase "all in good time". Yes, all in good time and yet—when exactly is that "good time" going to appear?
All in good time, it would seem…
So in the meantime, let's get back to the practice at hand and consider how we've been treating Our Selves in this new year; how we've been talking to Our Selves and what have the words within our thoughts been?
We do spend a lot of time talking to Our Selves, don't we? The key is to know when we're being supportive and when we're not; when our voices are our own and when they're someone else's. This is a question we can come back to time and again—and learn from each time we ask it. "What are you telling Your Self?" (2:49)
